STUDIO POLICIES & ETIQUETTE

Studio Policies & Etiquette

At Salt & Groom Studio, we believe great skin comes from precision, real care, and a plan that actually works for you. Here is what to know before your visit so every session runs smoothly.

Arrival

To get the most out of your time with us, please arrive about 10 minutes early. This gives us a few minutes to settle in before we start, so your full appointment goes toward your treatment, not paperwork. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may mean a shortened service, out of respect for the client after you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your time matters, and so does ours. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee, and appointments missed without notice are charged the full service fee. If something comes up, just reach out as soon as you can. We would rather hear from you than not.

Health & Safety

This studio operates under real sanitation standards, always. If you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, reach out and we will get you rescheduled. Your health, and the integrity of this space, comes first.

The Environment

A few things that help protect the experience for everyone.

  • Unplug. Silence your phone during your session so you can actually enjoy it.

  • One on one, every time. To keep the space calm and focused, please come without additional guests or children.

Gratuities

Never expected, always appreciated. Gratuities can be handled at the front desk or during checkout, whatever is easiest for you.

Special Requests

Every visit is different, and so is every client's skin. Let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or active prescriptions, including prescription retinoids, before your appointment so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.

Questions? Reach out anytime. Does that make sense? We are here to make sure it does, because your best skin is always our business.
