Studio Policies & Etiquette

At Salt & Groom Studio, we prioritize precision, relaxation, and results. To ensure a seamless experience for every guest, please review our studio standards:

Arrival

To get the most out of your session, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows us to settle the details so we can focus entirely on your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service out of respect for the next guest's schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50 % fee. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

Health & Safety

The studio operates under strict sanitation protocols. If you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please contact us to reschedule. Your health and the integrity of our environment come first.

The Environment

  • Unplug: We invite you to silence your devices upon arrival to fully enjoy the grooming experience.

  • Solo Sessions: To maintain a focused, professional atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment.

Gratuities

While never expected, gratuities are appreciated and may be handled at the front desk or during checkout.

Special Requests

Every skin and beard journey is different. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or active prescriptions (like Retin-A) prior to your treatment so we can tailor our products to your needs.
